Can therapy help me?

Together, we will create a therapeutic alliance based on your individual needs, challenges, and goals which will help you identify your strengths and use them to help you feel better.

What are your hours?

Office hours are Monday through Thursday and half day Friday by appointment only. I do not offer evening or weekend appointments at this time. Contact me to get started by calling or filling out the contact form.

What are your fees?

My fees are $140-$175. I currently accept credit cards, checks, and cash. I offer a sliding fee scale and will generate statements for out-of-network billing.

Do you accept Insurance?

I am in-network with Anthem, BCBS, Optum, UHC/UMR, and Aetna. For all other insurance companies, I offer out-of-network services (client pays full fee and then submits a statement to their insurance for reimbursement).
