What are your hours?

Office hours are Monday through Thursday and half day Friday by appointment only. I do not offer evening or weekend appointments at this time. Contact me to get started by calling or filling out the contact form.

What are your fees?

My fees are $140-$175. I currently accept credit/debit cards or you can pay via Zelle from your banking website.

Do you accept Insurance?

I am in-network with Anthem, BCBS, Optum, UHC/UMR, and Aetna (WI only clients). For all other insurance companies, I offer out-of-network services (client pays full fee and then submits a statement to their insurance for reimbursement). Please note that couples therapy is not typically covered by insurance.

How long will I be in therapy?

I will help you use your strengths to create solutions. After each session, you should use what you learned to feel tangible results. We will decide, together, the course and longevity of your treatment. Some clients address a concern or goal, finish treatment, and begin again if something else arises.
